per 4 persone

1litro latte di soia

2 cucchiai di cannella

2 cucchiaini di cardamomo (in polvere o se in semi, schiacciateli)

noce moscata - appena una spruzzata

4 chiodi di garofano

2 o 3 bustine di te' scuro

zuccherare a piacere

aggiungete le spezie al latte di soia e fate riscaldare bene. Portare ad ebollizione, aggiungete 2 bustine di te' scuro (earl grey, o té' normale). Se preferite  il te' forte usatene 3, potete anche aggiungere qualche cucchiaino di zucchero.

Servire caldo.

L' ora del te' non e' completa se non si offre un dolcino. Questi muffin al Chai sono  veganisti (si dice cosi??) e deliziosi.

300gr farina

150gr zucchero (normale o di canna)

75ml olio di semi di girasole - meglio se organico

3 cucchiai di cannella

3 cucchiaini di cardamono

noce moscata a piacere

lievito per dolci in polvere (una bustina)

1 vasetto (sui 300gr) di composto di mele

(se non lo trovate: pelate 4 mele, tagliatele a pezzetti, aggiungete un pochino d' acqua, fate cuocere il tutto fino ad ottere un composto soffice, zuccherare a piacere)
